I develop with our clients their integral change management process and its corresponding implementation of a digital training model from two points of view: diagnostic and pedagogical.

The student is the center of learning and our mentors or tutors ensure that this process is the most satisfactory and that the training plan is effectively completed.

To do this, I promote the use of collaborative tools, the dynamization of group communities and motivation and dissemination campaigns based on marketing and communication procedures.

The dynamics focus on offering frameworks of action solving, answering and clarifying doubts; encourage cooperative learning; carry out a personalized follow-up; motivate through active listening and positive reinforcement; and finally, evaluate the process.
